Go on a Life-Is-Great Date

When life feels like all work and no play, it's time to celebrate. You don't need a special occasion; it's special enough that it's a new day, you are alive, and the sun is still in the sky.

  • When everything's going your way, how do you like to celebrate? Meet a friend, go to a special restaurant, break out the champagne, or indulge in a special edible treat?
  • Stop now, and hold a life-is-great ritual.
  • Or, if the celebration requires planning, stop now and make the arrangements (invite the people, reserve the table, order the treat, etc.)
  • Minimally, write "Life Is Great" on a Post-It Note and place it where you'll see it several times today.
Feeling down, we find no reason to celebrate, yet getting up each day should be reason enough!
