Carleton Kendrick

Carleton Kendrick is the resident family therapist for Boston-based Family Education Network and FamilyEducation.com, the largest education and parenting site on the Internet. He's been in private practice as a family therapist and worked as a consultant for more than 20 years, and he has conducted parenting seminars on topics ranging from how to discipline toddlers to how to stay connected with teenagers. Kendrick has appeared as an expert on national broadcast media such as CBS, Fox Television Network, Cable News Network, CNBC, PBS, and National Public Radio. In addition, he's been quoted in the New York Times, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, Boston Globe, USA Today, Reader's Digest, BusinessWeek, Good Housekeeping, Woman's Day, Redbook,Working Mother, Family PC, Parents, Parenting, Newsweek, and Time. He has also been interviewed several times on AOL's Live Chat. He's the co-author of an upcoming book tentatively entitled Take Your Nose Ring Out, Honey, We're Going to Grandma's. Robin Raskin, editor-in-chief/managing director of FamilyPC Enterprises, named Kendrick the best Internet expert on parenting teens in the August 2001 issue of Family PC.
