Avoiding Health Hazards
There's more to taking care of your body than sleep, good food, exercise, and staying balanced. It also means not exposing it to hazards like environmental toxins, smoking, alcohol or drug abuse, or excessive weight: these wear on your health at a time when you can least afford it, like trying to run a marathon while carrying a couple of bricks. This section offers ways to drop those bricks, starting with the toxins that everyone is exposed to these days. If none of the three hazards that follow is an issue, just skip ahead to the part about detoxifying your body.
- Environmental Toxins
- Smoking Tobacco
- Abusing Alcohol or Drugs
- Carrying Excessive Weight
- Detoxifying Your Body
