Your Child, Ages 7-11

Dear Parents,

The school year is coming to an end, but that doesn't mean your child needs to put their learning on hold. Make this summer a productive one by learning about the weather, brushing up on your astrology, or researching your family tree.

Do something different for Dad this Father's Day. Find out how other families celebrate this special day, and get some creative gift ideas. You can even make your own Father's Day card!

With the kids out of school, they'll likely have a lot of time on their hands this summer. Keep your days organized, or let your kids run the show when it comes to planning. Either way, you're bound to find tons of activities, in good or bad weather.

"I am so glad I found this website because I too have a child (7 years old) that is failing simply because he is not doing the work at school. I know he can do the work because we do the exact same work at home. I have started giving him assignments but timing him and leaving the room just to see if he can stay focused on the work long enough to complete it. He always finishes before...."
