Do One Thing You Love Each Day

For ongoing optimal energy, invest in something you love every day. Even a few minutes of pure bliss can keep you uplifted. Let's face it, you'll never find the time to do as you wish; you have to make the time — maybe in little chunks.

  • Think of one interest that you keep "meaning" to explore a bit more — sports cars, flying, tennis, art, opera, boating, woodworking, writing, jazz, advising, mentoring, babysitting. Whatever the interests, they should be things that totally engage you and make you feel more alive when you do them.
  • Now, decide on one small thing you can do right now — in ten minutes or less — related to that interest — call someone, check out a related Internet site, order a book, read an article, plan a weekend event, reserve tickets to an expo, sign up for a course, organize related material.
Don't put your passions on hold until you have more time; enjoy them in little bites every day!
