Fisher-Price Learning Pots and Pans

Due to a production error, some Fisher-Price Learning Pots and Pans are missing screws that hold a blue pan's plastic cover in place. Should the cover detach, the product will release small balls that present a choking hazard. If the blue pan has all six screws in place, no further action is needed. If any are missing, parents should contact the manufacturer at (888) 521-0820 or www.service.mattel.com.
