Strawberry Cooler

Which of the following categories best describes this recipe:

Number of servings:
3-4

Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
quart of strawberries

one 12 oz. can lemon-lime soda pop (like 7 up)

*ice cubes (10)

Blender

Directions:
Put ice cubes in bottom of blender. Add strawberries (cleaned, hulled) and ice; puree mixture. Pour into glasses and serve!

Other suggestions and comments:
* If you use Frozen strawberries (available pre-packaged at the grocery store) you can either skip the ice cubes, or use wayyy less of 'em! Having the can of pop Chilled is also a plus.
The strawberry flavor will be stronger that way.

You can reduce the calorie content by using Diet soda!
It's so hard to be strong-willed; gotta have something Xcellent on hand. That's why I mention the ice cubes/no ice cubes options: when you Need a sweet strawberry fix, ya gotta have it Nowwwww! ;-)

A small squeeze of lime juice might brighten the flavor a bit, too.

Similar to a 'virgin' strawberry daiquiri, minus the bar tab.
