Estimated time:
30 minutes total

Number of servings:
12-30

Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1 cup coconut
3 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Mix everything in large saucepan except oatmeal and coconut on low heat until smooth.
Stir in oatmeal and coconut.
On cookie sheet covered with wax paper, drop whatever size spoonfuls you want (to make small or large).
Put in refrigerator to harden for few hours. Thats it!

Other suggestions and comments:
After putting in refrigerator to harden, they can be stored on counter in containers. This is great for the youngest kids because they don't have to be perfect. They can even make them into wreaths or other shapes. Must have for coconut lovers.
