any flavor of boxed cake mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
any add-in you wish - nuts, M&Ms, etc.

Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
Drop by rounded teaspoon fulls onto sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes.

This is such a versatile and EASY way to make cookies - perfect for little kids with short attention spans and parents with limited time. We use this recipe at Christmastime for spice cookies (dust tops with confectioners sugar) and chocolate cookies with nuts & M&Ms.
