Appropriate age group(s):
Preschool and up.

Description of technique:
Need to slow it all down, too many demands, too many unhappy faces? Well grab the grub and hit the road. Go beyond your backyard and cookout in a special spot that the whole family loves. You and your kids need chill-out time to be in nature, enjoying each other? company and the food!

Cookouts are always a great solution. Take in a beautiful sunset, make a campfire, sing, relax. Let the rest of the world stop. All that exists is your little clan. Share gratitude and appreciation with your family. BREATHE!
