Observe the Supreme Court and the House and Senate in session. Take a tour of the White House and the Capitol's magnificent Rotunda. Visit your congressperson on Capitol Hill. Tour the world's largest library, the Library of Congress. Visit bookstores and reading rooms to learn more about our past presidents, especially Washington and Lincoln. Attractions you may want to miss: If you run into long lines at the White House and the Washington Monument, your time may be better spent heading straight over to the Lincoln Memorial.
