Time needed:
Half Day

Type of weather:
Sunny

Description:
Find a place where you can drape old sheets, blankets or large towels. I used 2 parallel clothes lines, but this would also work over some kind of table. I made a "roof" and 2 "walls" to make a tent. Towels provided the "floor" and a milk crate for a table. I told the girls they were on an African safari and to watch out for lions, tigers, etc. I provided drinks & snacks and they provided their own adventure. This could easily last half a day or more.

Other comments or suggestions:
Another suggestion for "Fun in the Pool" is the "whirlpool". Just try to jog or swim around the edge of an above ground pool. It's great exercise. Then everyone can relax and ride the current.
