Description of method:
Each time the child goes to the toilet and makes a pee-pee they receive 1 m&m. Each time the child makes a poopy they receive 2 m&m's. And ensure that you do the pee-pee and the potty dance on the way to get the m&m reward! (This has worked for all three of my children-2 boys and a girl)
