Description of method:
It's not so much a training method as assurance of comfort! If a child decides to retain BM's vs. yielding to the inevitable, roughage in the diet is going to urge him on in a positive way. If your child resists veggies, push fruits and other favorites, give a child's formulation of a multi-vitamin (kept in child-resistant bottle and stored safely) and keep truckin' .

Recommended age for this method:
Preschoolers to Old Age.
