Description of technique:
First of all if your child is being bullied they are probably weaker or timid. Not to be mean, but that usually the situation. First thing they need to know is how to end the fight quickly. This is coming from my own life. Use sense -- if the person likes to punch, put them in a situation where they can't punch. A good position to take would be to ground the opponent with the opponent's face to the ground, from here try to choke your opponent. Only fight until they have lost the will to fight. So basically when they go down and are down let them be. If they still come after them in another fight, this time make your point clear that you are not to be messed with. When the person swings wildly, which you normally will see from a street fighter, simply block and hit, or grab the arm as to use in a submission. I'm not going to go into detail, but here are some good things to enroll in to learn styles to use in real fighting. Wrestling, Light boxing, martial arts; just learn the basics. These are to be used to enhance your knowledge, so as to be able to adapt to any situation. Always stay calm and never lose your head is the most important thing you should know.

Age group this technique is effective for:
Middle School
High School & Beyond
