Description of safety strategy:
Offer parenting classes at night. Focus of classes would include ways to enhance all parenting skills especially discipline methods and communication skills with a particular focus on violence in our schools. Implementation of technique involves hiring additional teachers to teach these specialized subject areas, and incorporating new classes into existing school curriculum.
